Agreement to these terms

By using Lumli, you agree to use the tools responsibly and only with files, content, and workflows you are allowed to process.

Your files and ownership

  • You keep all rights to the files you open, edit, export, or download with Lumli.
  • Lumli does not claim ownership over your images, PDFs, QR codes, palettes, or generated exports.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you process.

Private browser processing

  • Most Lumli tools run locally in your browser and may use browser storage, cache, workers, and AI model files.
  • Processing quality can vary by browser, device performance, source image quality, and model limitations.
  • Always review exported files before using them in production, print, legal, medical, financial, or other important contexts.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Lumli to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, create deceptive content, or process content you are not allowed to use.
  • Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the site, workers, cache, or hosted assets.
  • If a feature is unavailable or produces an unexpected result, stop using that output and contact support if needed.

Availability and changes

  • Lumli is provided as an evolving tool and may change, pause, or remove features without notice.
  • Some features depend on browser APIs, local hardware, WebAssembly, Web Workers, or model files and may not work in every environment.
  • These terms may be updated as Lumli changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Disclaimer

  • Lumli is provided as is, without guarantees that every output will be error-free, lossless, suitable, or available at all times.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the tools.
  • Nothing on Lumli is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
